HealthyGrid is a Start-Up focused on the Direct to Consumer products and services in the healthcare market.
Founded in 2013 as a subsidiary of Moda Health, HealthyGrid leverages emerging technology to reach individuals in need of dental care.

Directed P&L operations, product design and development, marketing, branding, and e-commerce for dentaloptimizer.com, an online direct to consumer health platform and Loloz a dental health friendly candy.
Worked with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize, test, refine, launch and scale dentaloptimizer.com.
Program managed the execution of all HealthyGrid products, resulting in the successful launch and continued scale of dentaloptimizer.com and Loloz with an average increase of 40% in revenue year over year.
Led internal and external change management, implemented tools and process that reduced HealthyGrid costs by more than $200,000 annually by reducing redundancy and head count.
Developed a turnaround strategy and implemented change management for Astra PracticePartners (a subsidiary of Moda Health) that returned the business to profitability in less than a year
Expedited sales processes and reduced the cost of service for Astra Practice Partners by 29%. Accomplished this via streamlined support processes, evaluation of CRM providers, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud.
